Dhara 452 – House-trespass alter preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint.

उपहित, हमला या सदोष अवरोध की तैयारी केपश् चात्गृह-अितचार—जो कोई िकसी ᳞िक् त को उपहित कािरत करनेकी, या िकसी ᳞िक् त पर हमला करनेकी, या िकसी ᳞िक् त का सदोष अवरोध करनेकी अथवा िकसी ᳞िक् त को उपहित के, या हमलेके, या सदोष अवरोध केभय मᱶडालनेकी तैयारी करकेगृह-अितचार करेगा, वह दोनᲂ मᱶसेिकसी भांित केकारावास से, िजसकी अविध सात वषर्तक की हो सकेगी, दंिडत िकया जाएगा और जुमार्नेसेभी दंडनीय होगा ।

Section 452

House-trespass alter preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint.—Whoever commits house-trespass, having made preparation for causing hurt to any person or for assaulting any person, or for wrongfully restraining any person, or for putting and person in fear of hurt, or of assault, or of wrongful restraint, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
