What is Article 232 of Indian Constitution
Article 232 of the Indian Constitution relates to the power of the President to extend the jurisdiction of one High Court to another Union Territory or to exclude a Union Territory from the jurisdiction of a High Court. It allows the President, with the advice of the Governor of the concerned state and after consulting with the Chief Justice of India, to make such changes in the jurisdiction of High Courts as deemed necessary for the administration of justice.
