Article 21 Protection of life and personal liberty – Constitution of India

No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.

Article 21A – Constitution of India

The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years in such manner as the State may, by law, determine.
